Trying out Natural Shampoo

I’ve been looking for a natural shampoo for a while now. If you’ve been following me for a while, you may remember I did a review about Maple Holistics Tea Tree Shampoo. I liked that one but I found it dried out my hair a little bit.  The new Silk 18 shampoo is a much better fit for my hair! This shampoo markets itself for “dry, damaged hair” which I wouldn’t say I have but I have noticed it helps keep my frizziness at bay (because I definitely suffer from some frizziness!).

To be honest, I’m not that picky about my shampoo/conditioner. But I have been wanting on that has a nice scent, doesn’t leave my hair dry, cleans it, and is natural. This one does the trick! It’s got a subtle hint of sweetness and leaves my hair super soft. The scent isn’t overpowering too, which I really enjoy about it. It also leaves my hair super clean, especially after a workout when my hair is at it’s most dirty!

The price is comparable to an OGX shampoo or something along that line and it’s available on Amazon! I think this shampoo/conditioner will definitely become a regular in my haircare routine. Overall, this shampoo ticks all of my boxes so if you’re looking for a natural shampoo, I’d definitely give this one a try!
